"A lovely house (and it is a whole house!) which is curiously situated in the inside courtyard of a large apartment block. It has a small garden. The best thing about this house is its location - you are very close to the Jardins de Luxembourg (3 minute walk) and close to metro stations: basically you are well placed for everything and anything you would want to see. The facilities are good: a lovely basement kitchen which is well equipped; 3 good sized double bedrooms; a nice ground floor sitting room (with giant retractable screen to watch TV/films). It would be a really excellent place to stay for a family with teens/young adults or for a group of friends. We found it to be a great location from which to explore. The host was pleasant and - apart from a delay at the beginning - was easily contactable and she left us a nice bottle of red on arrival which was a lovely touch."

"Be warned that the metro line runs directly under the house, which meant that we were woken at 5:30 when the metros started to run. You can hear and feel them running underneath you. We did manage to get back to sleep after they started, but you would be well advised to take ear plugs/something to listen to. After a while, the regular rumbling didn't trouble us but it is something to be aware of. The other thing that we didn't like was the fact that the bottom bedroom has a large frosted window with no curtains/blinds/shutters, which means that in the summer months the light gets in and also disturbs sleep. Overall, neither of these things need dissuade you from booking the house since in so many other ways it is great, but I would certainly recommend an eye mask and ear plugs, especially for the bottom bedroom. It's also a bit of a shame that the garden of the house is completely overgrown, otherwise it would be a lovely place to sit out when it is warm."

"The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The house is situated in an ideal location, surrounded by excellent restaurants, ample parking, shops, and a beautiful park right next door. All major attractions are within close proximity. Additionally, a garage is available for booking. The staff member we interacted with was exceptionally kind and always reachable, addressing all our inquiries thoroughly. Everything in the accommodation functioned seamlessly; it was clean and very cozy. I recommend this property."

"We travelled 6 of us, so we needed a specious flat, where everybody got private bedrooms, but also the place we can be together. This apartment offered all these, got a very well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the projector at the living room was the favourite part for my kids. The apartment got a superb location, close to every attraction and to the metro as well. Our host welcomed us in front of the building and explained every detail. She was very kind, also shared some restaurant location she recommended, and finally we went to diner to one of them. In summary we choose the best option for us, and next time we would choose the same flat, when we travel to Paris."

"The property was excellent and a great location for Notre Dame, the Louvre, d’Orsay and the catacombs plus it is across the street from the Luxembourg gardens. Perfect for 6 people including 2 small kids. There are stairs but the kids stayed safe. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable too."
